Carry out in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, continue to optimize and upgrade the business environment of the ports, improve the service level of the ports, promote high-quality development of the enterprises, and make greater contributions to the construction of Guangzhou International Shipping Hub.

The second is to promote development through planning, systematically and forwardly do a good job in port project planning, construction and operation development, and continue to improve the development quality level and comprehensive strength of the ports.

The third is to pay close attention to production safety and epidemic prevention and control, comprehensively sort out and eliminate hidden risks, strengthen standardized construction, define the main responsibilities for production safety at all levels, and implement the production safety responsibilities of each post to ensure safe and stable production of the ports.
