Among many shipping industry conferences around the world, the Trans-Pacific Maritime Conference is one of the most influential industry conferences focusing on shipping prices in the industry and is as famous as “World Shipping Summit”.
It is learned that TPM22 was the first to be reconvened since 2019. There were about 2,500 registered participants and 1,000 non-registered participants in the conference. The conference focused on how shippers, carriers, third-party logistics companies and ports were being reshaped by COVID-19, and discussed its impact on the future of the shipping logistics industry. The organizers hope that the conference will allow all parties to rebuild relations and find common business ground for future cooperation.
