Recently, with the berthing of the first ship of Interasia Lines "Interasia 1" at the Nansha Phase III Port of Guangzhou Port, Interasia Lines has been officially put into operation. It links the business logistics of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Tokyo Bay Area to further meet the demand for goods exchanges between the Pearl River Delta and Japan and provide efficient and convenient logistics services for Chinese and Japanese enterprises.

It is reported that two ships will be put into the route operation, and the port sequence is Tokyo - Yokohama - Nagoya - Nansha - Shekou - Tokyo, directly passing the top three ports in Japan, and connecting important shipping outlets in Japan, with shorter round-trip time and higher cargo circulation efficiency.

Thanks to unique location advantages, abundant supply of goods and coastal hub functions of the two bay areas, the normal operation of this route will promote the deep integration of economy and trade between the two bay areas, further enhance the level of opening up of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and promote high quality development.
