Firstly, it closely monitors the arrival dynamics of ships, strengthens communication with shippers, forwarding agents and other units, and carefully formulates ship arrival and departure plans and yard plans. Secondly, it implements detailed on-site work arrangements through production scheduling meetings, special meetings, etc., dynamically coordinates transfer fleets based on the front-line operation situation at the terminal, accelerates the turnover speed of the front-line goods and ensures the smooth progress of unloading operations. Thirdly, it actively communicates with key customers, does a good job in urging and distributing the shipment, and guarantees unloading through distribution to improve the turnover efficiency of the yard.
