Li Yibo welcomed the arrival of Soren Toft and his entourage, pointing out that Mediterranean Shipping is an important partner of Guangzhou Port Group, and the two parties have formed a deep friendship through years of cooperation. In recent years, Guangzhou Port Group has been accelerating the construction of international shipping hubs, focusing on building a large port and large-scale logistics system, continuously optimizing the port business environment, and hoping that in the future, both parties will actively leverage their respective resource advantages to jointly promote win-win cooperation in international routes, multimodal transport, smart ports, and green ports and shipping.

 

Soren Toft expressed that Guangzhou Port has played an important role in the rapid business growth of Mediterranean Shipping, the development potential of the Nansha Port Area is enormous, there is broad cooperation space between the two parties, and Mediterranean Shipping will further deepen cooperation and exchanges between the two parties, and rely on the comprehensive advantages of the Nansha Port Area to promote business optimization and development.
