Both sides held discussions and exchanges on deepening strategic cooperation in the field of port logistics and jointly promoting high-quality development of ports and shipping.
Huang Bo warmly welcomed the visit of Song Xiaodong and his delegation, and introduced the development achievements of Guangzhou Port Group in recent years. He stated that in recent years, Guangzhou Port Group has deeply implemented the “hub + corridor + network” strategy, actively promoted digital transformation, continuously enhanced its supply chain logistics service capabilities, and accelerated the upgrading of its international shipping hub level. SIPG is a leading global terminal operator, maintaining the world's top ranking in container throughput for consecutive years. Its comprehensive service level, operational capabilities, and technological applications are globally leading, and it is a benchmark for Guangzhou Port Group to learn from. Not long ago, the two sides joined hands to build the “Three Ports and One Shipping Company” high-speed boutique sea route - FAST, effectively improving the efficiency of port operations and supply chain resilience, elevating the cooperation between the two sides to a new level, and injecting new impetus into further in-depth cooperation. Looking ahead to the future, it is hoped that both sides can expand practical cooperation in areas such as logistics supply chain extension, data exchange and sharing, and green and low-carbon transformation, and jointly provide strong support for serving the overall development of the country and promoting high-quality regional economic development.
