Thailand is one of the first ASEAN countries to initiate the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) negotiations. In recent years, Sino-Thai economic and trade relations have achieved all-round and leap-forward development, and China has become Thailand’s largest trading partner for 10 consecutive years. Nansha is the gateway hub of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area opening to the outside world and an important logistics node connecting China and ASEAN countries represented by Thailand. Nansha Port Area actively builds a near-ocean route hub around Southeast Asia, especially Thailand market. At present, there are 12 direct routes between Nansha Port Area and Thailand Port.
