Wu Chao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, presided over the conference. Feng Hongde, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Data Officer, outlined the key digital initiatives for 2026. Leaders from the Group and the Joint-Stock Company, heads of headquarters departments, and leaders from various business units attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Feng Hongde provided a comprehensive overview of the Group’s digital accomplishments in 2025, identified existing challenges, and outlined the key digital initiatives for 2026. These include:
1. Promoting the implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan," embedding digital planning goals into every stage of production, operations, management, and services.
2. Strengthening the operation and maintenance of digital infrastructure and cybersecurity, while coordinating the Group's overall network security.
3. Intensify efforts to break through in core production system development, boosting in-house R&D and collaborative capacity.
4. Deepening data governance in production areas to achieve “one data element from one source, multiple uses from one source, and efficient data sharing.”
5. Accelerating the creation of a unified customer service platform for seamless external services, complete data transparency, and traceability.
6. Speeding up the adoption of scenario-based applications for new technologies to move systems from informatization to intelligence.
7. Strengthening training systems for composite talents and advancing the development of a skilled technical team.

In his concluding speech, Huang Bo emphasized the following points regarding digital development:
1. Sustain the Resolve and Tenacity to Drive Transformation: All employees must stay firmly committed to advancing transformation and reform, fully aligning with the overarching principle of “determination, confidence, unity, and patience.” By further unifying thinking and building consensus, we will steadfastly deepen digital transformation and lay a solid foundation for the Group’s high-quality development.
2. Deepen Understanding and Harness Digitalization to Drive Enterprise Transformation and Efficiency: We must deepen our understanding of digital transformation, grasp its core imperatives, and leverage it as a catalyst for enterprise-wide change. By keenly observing macro trends and accurately capturing the strategic opportunities presented by digital development during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, we will clarify our strategic positioning with customer service at the core. From a holistic logistics chain perspective, we will systematically rethink business processes, commercial logic, service models, and organizational structures—shifting decisively from a “project-driven” approach to one guided by an integrated, system-led framework.
3. Strengthen Support and Foster Innovation to Advance Digital Transformation with Resolve: The Group must reinforce organizational leadership and clearly assign accountability for transformation. We will champion a talent-driven strategy—cultivating diverse digital capabilities to empower port operations—and expand digital application scenarios rooted in our core port business. By deepening collaboration across industry, academia, research, and end-use applications, we will accelerate the integrated development of digitalization and intelligent technologies.

During the conference, the Group premiered its 2025 digital transformation showcase film, Digital Drive, Setting Sail, offering a panoramic view of its digital transformation initiatives and achievements over the past year. Representatives from the Headquarters Production Business Department, Xinsha Company, Shipping Company, Nansha Phase III, and Data Company presented exemplary approaches and practical insights from their digital transformation efforts.
